The insect-eating market is expanding on a global scale.
Major supermarket chains in the U.S. and Europe are beginning to offer products that use insects. Crickets are a super food rich in protein and contain many healthy ingredients such as iron, calcium, essential amino acids, and omega-3. However, Japanese people are still not familiar with crickets, and most products are made overseas. However, Japanese people are still not familiar with crickets and most of the products are made overseas.

After meeting with many manufacturers, we arrived at a noodle manufacturer that has been in business for 90 years.

With the help of craftsmen who are particular about "hand-pulling" and "natural drying" without using machines, we hope you will enjoy the cricket udon that we have completed through repeated trial and error.

Features of udon noodles with 100 crickets kneaded into them

Rich in healthy ingredients
The cricket's entire body is edible.
About 70% of the ingredients are protein.
Crickets are rich in iron, calcium, zinc, vitamin B12, essential amino acid BCAA, omega-3, chitin, and other healthy ingredients.
One bag (200g) contains the powdered crickets equivalent to the average weight of 100 crickets.

Eco-friendly food
Crickets are extremely environmentally friendly compared to existing meat proteins such as cattle and pigs, emitting only 1/2800 of the greenhouse gas emissions of cattle.
Farmland is about 1/15th, feed is about 1/6th, and water is about 1/22,000th.
Also, by cultivating them in a clean plant, there is no risk of residual pesticides, making them a safe and secure food.

The powder is kneaded into udon noodles to make them easier to eat.
No matter how nutritious they are, people still tend to shy away from eating insects as they are. Therefore, we have made it easier to eat by making it into a powder and adding it to udon noodles, which are familiar to Japanese people, to reduce their resistance to insects and make it more palatable.

Cooking method (approximate boiling time: 7-8 minutes)
1. Add the noodles to the boiling water a little at a time. 2.
2. Adjust the heat so that the water does not spill over, and turn off the heat when it reaches the desired hardness. 3.
Quickly take the noodles to a colander and rinse them thoroughly with water.
4. It can be served cold or hot, depending on the season and your preference.
